These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and PHDream ("we", "us", "our",the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the PHDream website, accessible at https://phdream.cam, and all associated products, services, games, and features offered thereon.

PHDream is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult members who meet the eligibility requirements described in these Terms. Our platform offers live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, lottery products, and arcade games, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

These Terms apply in full to all users of the PHDream platform, whether accessing via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by the Company. By creating an account or using the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms as a binding contractual agreement.
• You accept the Platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• You acknowledge theResponsible Gambling policy and understand the risks associated with online gambling.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on PHDream, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. PHDream enforces a strict21+ minimum age policy across all products and services. Underage gambling is a serious offence and PHDream has a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.
• Identity: You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on PHDream. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from PHDream or any other gambling platform where cross-platform exclusion obligations apply.
• Capacity: You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party. Allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.

Members are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process. PHDream relies on the information provided to verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable regulatory obligations.

5.1 Registration Information You agree to provide your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian mobile telephone number, and any other information reasonably requested by PHDream during or after registration. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. PHDream will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify PHDream immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5.3 Account Currency. All PHDream accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Transactions are processed in MYR through supported Malaysian payment channels, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20 (subject to applicable conversion at the time of transaction).

5.4 Account Closure. Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the PHDream support team via live chat or email. The Company will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe and will facilitate withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are not refundable.

6.1 Deposits. Members may fund their PHDream account using any supported payment method available at the time of deposit. PHDream does not impose processing fees on standard MYR deposits via e-wallets, FPX, or bank transfer channels; however, your payment provider may apply fees independently of PHDream. All deposits are credited in MYR.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the platform's deposit interface at the time of transaction. PHDream reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable prior notice.

6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by PHDream's finance team following verification of the Member's identity and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. PHDream aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated within the platform, which vary by payment method.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Consistency. PHDream applies a withdrawal method matching policy as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure. Winings will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the amount deposited, before alternate withdrawal methods are authorised.

6.5 Transaction Records. Members are advised to retain records of all deposit and withdrawal transactions for personal reference. PHDream maintains internal transaction logs but is not liable for any discrepancies arising from incorrect payment details submitted by the Member.

7.1 General. PHDream offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms, which are published alongside each promotional offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier — for example, a 20× rollover on a RM100 bonus requiresRM2,000 in total wagers to be completed before withdrawal eligibility is established.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus. While bonus funds are active in your wallet, a maximum single-bet limit applies. This limit is typically stated in the individual bonus terms and is generally in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500 per wager. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winings.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount. Table games, including live baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates for each game category are available within the bonus terms for each offer.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting, typically 7, 14, or 30 days as specified in the individual offer terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.

7.6 Maximum Cash-Out. Certain promotional bonuses impose a maximum cash-out limit on winings derived from bonus funds. Where applicable, this limit is clearly stated in the individual bonus terms. Winings in excess of the stated maximum cash-out derived from bonus play will be removed from the withdrawable balance upon cashout request.

7.7 Abuse Prevention. PHDream reserves the right to withold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, use of automated betting strategies, or collusion with other Members. Suspected abuse will be investigated and may result in account suspension.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. PHDream reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the system and confirmation reference has been issued.

8.2 Errors and Technical Faults. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in the incorrect crediting or displaying of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, PHDream reserves the right to void affected bets and correct eroneous transactions. The Company is not liable for any losses or gains arising from technical malfunctions.

8.3 Obvious Errors in Odds. Where betting odds are displayed incorrectly due to a manifest error (for example, decimal odds of 100.00 on a near-certain sports event), PHDream reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Bets will be settled at the correct odds where determinable, or voided and staked returned.

8.4 Sports Betting — Void Events. If a sports event for which a bet has been accepted is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise not completed within24 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account unless specific rules for that event type indicate otherwise.

8.5 Live Casino — Disconnection. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the game outcome will be determined by the platform's server logs. Where a game round has been interrupted before completion, PHDream will resolve the outcome based on the last confirmed server state. The Company is not responsible for connection interruptions arising from the Member's internet service.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PHDream platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent any account restriction.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" — a pattern of gameplay designed to extract maximum bonus value while minimising genuine financial risk, including but not limited to systematic low-risk hedging strategies.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PHDream staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or disrupt the platform's security, servers, or databases.
• Sharing account credentials with or granting access to third parties, or operating an account on behalf of another person.

All content on the PHDream platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, service marks, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive property of PHDream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the platform without the prior written consent of PHDream.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use PHDream's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation or endorsement without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any PHDream content or software.

Any unauthorised use of PHDream's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

PHDream is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. We operate a comprehensive responsible gambling framework that is available to all Members at no charge.

11.1 Age Verification. PHDream enforces a minimum age requirement of21 years for all Members. We conduct age verification checks during registration and may request additional documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be forfeited.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from PHDream may request self-exclusion by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, prevent the Member from logging in, depositing, or placing bets for the duration of the exclusion period.

11.3 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings or by contacting support. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased, as an additional player protection measure.

11.4 Reality Checks. PHDream offers session duration reminder tools that alert Members at regular intervals during active gaming sessions. These tools are available in the account settings panel.

12.1 PHDream provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHDream makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with any specific hardware or software.

12.2 PHDream shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — even if PHDream has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 PHDream's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit PHDream's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

PHDream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Members via the registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Where changes are non-material — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications to existing provisions, or minor operational adjustments — PHDream may implement such changes without prior notice, updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document to reflect the revision date.

Your continued use of the PHDream platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 5.4.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to PHDream's operational jurisdiction. PHDream operates in compliance with applicable gaming regulations and international best practices in online gambling compliance.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and PHDream, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Members should raise disputes by contacting the PHDream support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting documentation.

14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days of the initial complaint being raised, the matter may be escalated to PHDream's independent dispute resolution process. Details of the escalation process will be provided upon request to the support team.

14.4 Time Limitation. Any claim arising from or related to these Terms must be raised within twelve (12) months of the date on which the Member first became aware, or reasonably should have become aware, of the circumstances giving rise to the claim. Claims raised outside this period shall be time-barred.
